1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

• Tier-2 Cities & Standard States (4 to 7 Business Days):

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. You can track your order directly on our website via the "Track Order" page or through the carrier's link provided in your email.
4. Multiple Packages
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
AURAESSENTIALS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
While we strive to ensure every package arrives safely, we are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered." If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
